Waluigi using Waluigi Dice.
|Effect||Waluigi throws a dice block to attack with a random effect.|
When performed, Waluigi will catch a large purple dice block from above and throw it in front of him. Upon bouncing twice or hitting an opponent, the dice block will break open to reveal a random number between 1 and 6, with the number that appears determining the effect of the attack. The move acts similar to Mr. Game & Watch's Judge because of this, but it encompasses different effects.
Only one dice block can be active at a time, so Waluigi must wait for the first one to break or disappear before using the move again.

The Dice Block is a recurring element throughout every game in the Mario Party series. It appears over a character's head every turn for that character to hit, and the number rolled determines how many spaces on the board that character must move. Prior to Mario Party 9, the Dice Block would normally roll from the number 1 to 10, but this has since been changed to roll from the number 1 to 6. The random nature and varied effects of the move are likely based on the gameplay of the Mario Party series, which is known for its unpredictable events and often random elements.
The design of the Dice Block in SSF2 is based on the Waluigi Dice Block from Super Mario Party, a variant of the Normal Dice Block unique to Waluigi. Instead of being able to roll the standard numbers, this dice block can roll 1, 3, 5, 5, 7, or a loss of 3 coins. However, the move in SSF2 functions more like the Normal Dice Block.
- The horn that sounds when Waluigi rolls a 6 is his personal horn from Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
