Trey Cahalan, also known as Tac3, is SSF2 Dev that works on Flash effects and a small part of balancing.

History

Trey was introduced to the Super Smash Flash series when he played Super Smash Flash 2 demo version 0.2. He joined the McLeodGaming Forums in October 2011.

He does a little balancing due to him needing to put his flash effects directly into the game on his own. However, his impact on how a character works and is played is not that big compared to true balancers.

As a competitive player
