The layouts for Act 1, Act 2, and Act 3 in Slay the Spire, respectively.

The Spire is the central location of Slay the Spire, being a large tower filled with monsters and treasures that the playable characters must ascend to destroy. The layout of the Spire changes with each climb and consists of 55 floors, most of which are separated into three main "acts" of 17 floors each: Act 1 (the Exordium), Act 2 (the City), and Act 3 (the Beyond). The final act, Act 4 (the Ending), comprises the final four floors.

The stage in Fraymakers visually references the three main acts, with the main platform and background elements being based on Act 2. The two platforms at the bottom of the stage reference Act 1, and the highest platform references Act 3.
