Tengu Blade (テングブレード) was originally planned to be Mega Man's side special move in Super Smash Flash 2 prior to eventually being scrapped in favor of Proto Shield.

Overview

When performed, Mega Man would have generated and thrown a large energy blade through the air, which would spin around for a while before returning to Mega Man. The blade would damage opponents making contact with it.
