Usage

To use this template, place the code above at the top of an article and fill in the respective blanks. All fields other than name are optional. This template should only be used in general articles about characters, like Mario, Luigi, Bowser, etc., not the articles about their appearances in games. There is another template for that.

Where:

  • name should be filled with the name of the character.
  • image should be filled with an artwork depicting the character's apperance as he/she does in the McLeodGaming media.
  • symbol should be filled with the respective series symbol using the symbol template only, unless a visualization of the symbol is required.
  • caption should be filled with a description of the image spot.
  • universe should be filled with the universe the character originates from.
  • debut should be filled with the name of the media the character first appeared in alongside the year of the conception (e.g. Mario is from Donkey Kong (1981)).
  • appearance should be filled with the name of the of McLeodGaming media work the character appears in. More than one material can be added.
  • species should be filled with the name of the species the character is part of.
  • gender should be filled with the character's sex gender. The genders are: male, female and genderless.
  • alingment should be filled with the moral the character is align to. The alingments are: good, evil and neutral.
  • creator should be filled with the name of the person that is credited for creating the character.
  • voice should be filled with the name of the character's most recurring voice actor, regardless of the language.
  • japanese should be filled with the name of the character's Japanese voice actor. More than one can be listed.
  • english should be filled with the name of the character's English voice actor. More than one can be listed.
  • company should be filled with the name of the company that created or holds the legal rights of the character.
