Super Smash Flash 2 Team, known more simply as SSF2 Team, is the development team responsible for the creation and promotion of Super Smash Flash 2. The team is run by McLeodGaming and is often credited to the game separately from the company.

Originally formed in 2008 as a special usergroup on the McLeodGaming Forums, the team has changed drastically over the course of the game's development, with many members joining and leaving at various points in development. There are generally about 10 to 15 active developers at any given time. Several current and former members of the team would also develop Fraymakers as developers and collaborators for Team Fray.
