Summer Budget is the sixtieth level of Yeah Jam Fury: U, Me, Everybody!. To access it, the player must clear thirty levels.
Overview[]
This level features an unnamed gimmick referred to as "Dunes" within the game's files. Piles of gravel can be seen in the foreground that slide down on either side of the screen, gradually shrinking the bottom boundary of the level. If the player is too deep in the gravel, they will fall off the level as if falling down a pit. There are also no refoots in this level, as falling will cause the player to start back at the beginning.
A-Side[]
The layout of the level consists of a tall rectangular area of primarily Yellow Block walls. There are four platforms of Ice Blocks, each of which is above a wall of Yellow Blocks in the center of the level that splits the path upward into two, with one being blocked by the Ice Block platform. The area also has an opening to the left of the second Ice Block platform from the bottom and on the right side of the top platform. The player starts at a Yeah-Only Flag at the bottom of this area with 30 Yellow Blocks in their quota, and the mango is located in the upper left corner of the area.
To obtain the mango, the player must ascend to the top of the level while outpacing the gravel. The first two Ice Block platforms from the bottom have openings on the left side, and the next three Ice Block platforms have openings on the right side. The fourth platform from the bottom has its opening blocked with Yellow Blocks, requiring Yeah to use the Smash Mouth to break through them with Fury. Alternatively, the player can exit through the left opening and ascend to the top without needing to use this technique by dropping through the opening on the highest platform. Upon reaching the second platform from the top, the player must ascend the left path to reach the mango.
B-Side[]
The B-Side version of this level shares a very similar layout, except not only is it flipped horizontally, but all Yellow Blocks are replaced with Ice Blocks and there are now Steel Blocks added beneath most platforms. The player now starts at an All Flag, but Fury is excluded from the level, so the player is unable to switch to him at any time. The player also now has only 11 Yellow Blocks in their quota. Additionally, the level now features the "Light's Out" gimmick in which the player can see only a short distance ahead.
To obtain the mango, the player must reach the top with a more limited supply of Yellow Blocks. The openings are now located on the left side for the first Ice Block platform from the bottom, the right side for the second, and the left side for the third. However, the fourth platform has five Steel Blocks blocking each side, requiring the player to use the Smash Mouth to break through the Ice Blocks with Fury. Particularly they may either break through the Ice Block wall between the two sets of Steel Blocks or go through the opening on the right wall and break through the same wall after ascending past the Steel Blocks. Upon reaching this point, the player must ascend the right path to reach the mango.

The unplayable game state after 1:16:70.
- The maximum amount of time this level can last is 1:16:70, which can occur if the player waits at the top of the level for the full boundaries to be removed. When this occurs, the level and player will disappear and the timer will stop, forcing the player to restart or exit the level through the pause menu.
