In the Super Smash Flash series
In Super Smash Flash 2, Dr. Wright appears as an Assist Trophy. He originates from this game as the mayor's assistant, and he gives the mayor advice to help their city flourish. In SSF2, he summons a skyscraper from the ground, which inflicts high damage and knockback on any opponent it hits. Occasionally, Dr. Wright can summon a skyscraper three times the standard size, which is even more powerful.
