When performed, PAC-MAN eats a Power Pellet and a Super Pellet together, causing him to change into a larger, two-dimensional version of his wedge form. In this state, PAC-MAN will continuously move forward, the direction of which can be altered by 90° using the movement keys. PAC-MAN can move freely around the stage, ignoring any collisions caused by platforms and even reappearing on the other side of the stage after passing a blast line. If an opponent makes contact with PAC-MAN, they will be dealt 16% damage and strong knockback, and they will change to resemble a pair of floating eyes when being knocked back. After a certain period of time, PAC-MAN will transform back into his normal self, ending the move.
The Power Pellet PAC-MAN eats is a staple of the PAC-MAN games starting with the original PAC-MAN, in which it is used to render PAC-MAN invincible and the four Ghosts vulnerable for a short period of time. Eating a ghost causes it to become a pair of eyes that must return to their lair in order to restore themselves back to normal. Eating ghosts would also be worth points to increase the player's total score, with each consecutive ghost eaten being worth more points than the last.
Additionally, the Super Pellet PAC-MAN eats is a power-up appearing first in SUPER PAC-MAN, which temporarily increases his size dramatically. While it does not allow PAC-MAN to eat ghosts, it renders him temporarily invincible, and it also allows him to move faster and break through doors. However, PAC-MAN was first seen growing to a larger size in a short cutscene in the original PAC-MAN, in which he is first chased by a ghost when normal-sized, and then he chases that ghost when giant-sized.
- The behavior of this Final Smash is very similar to how PAC-MAN originally functioned as an Assist Trophy in SSF2.
- SUPER PAC-MAN, along with Home-Run Combo, were the only usable Final Samshes before it's re-incorporation in Beta 1.2, both coincidentially used in two Events; Pacmania and Role Reversal.
