Princess Peach is the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. She, along with Luigi and Mario, have had many a run in with their archnemesis, Bowser. She usually plays the role of the damsel in distress, but also takes interest in fighting, racing, and sports on occasion. She appears in SSF2 as a playable character from the Mario series.
