Influence in the McLeodGaming media
As Nintendo properties and franchises are well done by the media, it has led to numerous projects by its fans involving aforementioned properties, it includes games, videos, comic, etc..
The website McLeodGaming primary uses the Super Smash Bros. series as the basis for its fan-made Super Smash Flash series as well the inclusion of the many series into the Super Smash Flash games, that were also created by Nintendo. The Super Smash Flash series takes elements from different Nintendo franchises such as the Mario series, The Legend of Zelda series, Metroid series, Donkey Kong series, Kid Icarus series, Yoshi series, Wario series, Fire Emblem series, F-Zero series, Star Fox series, EarthBound series, Kirby series, Pokémon series, Animal Crossing series, and Pikmin series.
However, most of the franchises stated above have had major representation in the main Super Smash Bros. series which included characters and stages. The Super Smash Flash series added more representation from different Nintendo franchises that had little to no representation in the main series. These include the Chibi-Robo! series and the Golden Sun series, to which characters and stages from both series are included.
