  • You don't seem to have fully understood what I've been telling you about the excessive categorization done by Dark Ermac. You're NOT supposed to do this! The idea is to get rid of them, not to fix their format! Again, you need to go through these categories and manually remove every image from said categories, that means going to the editor and delete the category from there, like this.

    • No, you remove the images from categories only if they were created by Dark Ermac (always check their histories) AND are called something like "Images of stages (Super Smash Flash 2)", Images of Mario (Super Smash Flash 2), "Images of unused content (Super Smash Flash 2)", "Images of Home-Run Bat (Super Smash Flash 2)", etc. With those two requirements you'll know they have to be gone and proceed mark them for deletion. If Dark Ermac created a category that doesn't have the words "Super Smash Flash" or "Super Smash Flash 2" inside brackets, then we can keep it.

    • Okay, all cleaned up for:

      • Characters
      • Game modes
      • Items
      • Menus
      • Mods
      • Outdated content
      • Removed content
      • Stages
      • Unconfirmed content

  • Some years ago, Dark Ermac created some excessively specific categories I never really agree with. Because they were a lot and most of them stayed empty, I never bothered about deleting them, something I regret not doing back then because you started including files in them. As I stated, this categories are oddly specific and very unnecessary, for example, we don't require a category called "Images of Bandana Dee (Super Smash Flash 2)" because Bandana Dee's sole appearance in the MG media is effectively in Super Smash Flash 2 only, so the identifier is not required. I need to get rid of them, so I wish you could help me marking them for deletion. We'll later rethink how we'll be restructuring image categorization.

    • Yes, that'll be OK.

I blame myself for not reading that well, sorry. What I really mean is that you have to remove the images themselves from those categories, all of them. These categories must be emptied so I can proceed to delete them, removing the categories inside those categories practically does nothing.

  • I noticed that some links to say a universe is With S and for something in that universe is IW. I saw it as I was checking through Ki blasts and there were codes like IW|Dragon..|ki blasts and others like frieza. I though they were wrong and wanted to correct them but I saw another code linking to DB universe itself with an S, so I concluded they were like that for a reason, but still could you clarify that and how they work and why their different form the [...] version.

  • You changed every single instance code similar to [[Idling|Idle poses]] to [[Idling]]. I'd like you to revert that as soon as possible.

Idle pose and just idling is not the same, at all.

  • I was thinking it would've been a better idea if the Final Smash gif you made actually exemplifies one of each of the four types, it shows two Basic Final Smashes and a HUD one but no Transformation or Cinematic.

      Loading editor
    • You mean this what I uploaded? Just one each for Basic, HUD, Transformation, and Cinematic?

      Final Smashes
        Loading editor
    • Yeah, that one. And if you allow me to interfere I'd recommend you keep Mario Finale and Tornado as the Basic and HUD Final Smash representatives (bye, Cook Kirby). Giga Bowser is the most pronounced of the Transformation Final Smashes and the best looking Cinematic Final Smash, in my opinion, would be Mega Legends. But you ultimately have the freedom to pick the Final Smashes you want for the gif as long as they each represent one of the four types.

    • Okay, you may delete this image. I can create two gif, then.

    • I was actually expecting a single gif. I will try to stitch them together.

  • I've already discussed this with Byll, but we've decided that screenshots (not gifs) of Final Smashes wouldn't have the darkness effect, since that darkens the entire sprite. So, it'd be preferred that you turn off ambient lighting in the quality settings when getting these pictures.

  • I just recently discovered you re-uploaded the game logos for the universe pages, despite the fact we already had them. If what you really wanted was to rename the files, you just had to directly do that, and if you were unable to do so, you could just simply contact me or the other admins. You didn't have to upload them again, you just did a mess, resulting in duplicated files. For now, I will delete your versions and bring back the original files. Don't ever do that again.

  • I see you aren't aware of the changes I have done to the advice templates, well, let me inform you these have been updated so you can specify whether the whole article or just a section requires them. For example, if you add {{Construction}} under a section, now you must add the next functionality: {{Construction|section=yes}}, this will replace the default word, "article", with "section". Most of these templates have this functionality, check the usage section from each one.

  • Could you please stop marking outdated palette pictures for deletion?

Also, why are you just randomly adding the category to stuff? You're supposed to use the delete template and state your reasons.

    • I couldn't help it. Sorry. I don't want to talk about why am I delete images with reasons. But I'll make sure of it.

Actually, there's nothing wrong with that, I have deemed old costumes obsolete because now we're going to focus on the new recolored costumes from Beta 1.2.

        Loading editor
    • I had actually just finished writing something about that in the costumes' talk page. Not going to lie, but unlike background characters, palette swaps are quite memorable and... were kind of a big part of the game back in the day.

I really think we should have a page listing people's old palettes. I mean, we already have pretty much everything we need for it done. I got Animate recently, so making pics for missing characters (if any) could get much easier.

        Loading editor
    • As a sub-page, it can work indeed, but for now, I want to solely focus on the current, new costumes. Besides, we haven't lost anything as we can always trace back with the page's history.

  • Needing to talk to you about something, real quick. Could you attempt not to remove the enter (you know, the button that breaks lines) between a template and words? I can't even fix this one using MedBot1.

Also, "Grab and throws", not "Grab and Throws".

    • Sorry. I just ignored quickly. But all because of wiki.

    • Don't worry. I'm glad your intentions are good. Still though, make sure to consult an admin when making some type of major change. Maybe we could help you out too, you know.
