Even with my eyes it was very tough to see back there I cant shake the feeling it was dark because someone wanted it to be SAME SOMEONE WHO PUT MANGO THERE MAYBE If it is whydythink they turned out all the lights?? This dude (three dudes?) just walked into my store with this book and opened it to this blank page. He (they?) started talking about how today is the best day of his (their?) life. I'll give you the best day of your life. You want to know how my day is going? Fine. Sure. I've got nothing better to do. Nobody comes into this store anyway unless it's to act like a wild animal. Boosting around my aisles, hooting and hollering and stomping so hard I can feel my own brain rattling around inside my head. No freedom like going into business for yourself they said. If I had a nine-to-five, a straight punch-in punch-out kind of gig, I could go home! I wouldn't have to worry about stocking or profits or fresh produce. If someone came in here asking why they can't buy a mango with two negative dollars and fifty negative cents I'd just go get a manager! Let them handle it, I give up. But I can't even find a manager. There's nobody. Period. Nobody to work here, nobody to shop here. Sure, a long time ago when Grins knew how to get along, there were people stopping in and buying enough for me to make rent. But now? Is there anybody for me to even pay rent to? Is that why none of my checks have been deposited? But if I didn't have the store, what else would I do? I have a very particular set of skills. So we found this pepper! I know were all kinda weirded out by it but Im ready to try it!
