Luigi appears as the only unlockable character from the Mario universe in Super Smash Flash. He can be unlocked by completing Adventure mode on normal, hard, or very hard with Mario. He is a semi-clone of his brother.
He is ranked 5th on the tier list due to his excellent horizontal movement, high jumps, kill power and approach blocker in Luigi Cyclone, and having the fastest projectile in the game, alongside Mario. As Green Missile is a more effective move than Mario's dash kick, and his recovery is better, the more favourable attributes put him above his brother Mario.
