Gum-Gum Snap is Luffy's up special move in Super Smash Flash 2.
Overview
When performed, Luffy will thrust his hand upwards, extending it a moderate distance straight up. If an opponent comes into contact with his hand, Luffy will then grab the opponent and pull them down, dealing 9% of damage with decent knockback and meteor smashing the opponent while giving Luffy a small boost upward. If the hand reaches a ledge, it can be used as a tether recovery, as he will grab the ledge immediately.
