Fling and Catch is the fifty-fourth level of Yeah Jam Fury: U, Me, Everybody!. To access it, the player must clear thirty levels.

A-Side[]
This level consists of two tall walls of Steel Blocks spaced a large distance apart from each other. Between these walls are a Yellow Block near the bottom, a Yellow Block near the middle, and a group of two Steel Blocks, two Ice Blocks, and a Yellow Block near the top. The player starts on a platform of Steel Block below these walls, and the mango is located high above them. To obtain it, the player must use Jam to boost to the top of the walls and then use Fury to fall through the Yellow Blocks, using the higher Steel Blocks as checkpoints to refoot at. They then must use Yeah to place their Yellow Blocks to reach the mango.
B-Side[]
The B-Side version of this level shares a very similar layout, except not only is it flipped horizontally, but three Fury-Only Flags have been placed throughout the level, including one to the left of the starting platform, one to the right, and one in place of the rightmost Ice Block. Additionally, Yeah's quota now starts with four blocks and consists of Ice Blocks instead of Yellow Blocks. There also is now a time limit of 40 seconds, and the level will restart if it is not completed in the time allotted. The player also can no longer refoot, and instead the level will restart if they fall. To obtain the mango, the player must place reach the top of the walls without passing a Fury-Only Flag by placing an Ice Block above one of the bottom Fury-Only Flags. They then must place their remaining Ice Blocks to reach the mango by boosting from the highest one with Jam.
