Playing as Donkey Kong, the player must defeat a team consisting of Tails, Pit, and Meta Knight, who are all tiny (even smaller than with the effects of a Poison Mushroom), on Jungle Hijinx. Donkey Kong, Tails, and Pit each have 3 stocks, and Meta Knight has 1 stock. The launch rate for each opponent is set to 1.65.

- When first incorporated into the game, this event was listed as #5 and was named Lord of the Jungle 2, in which the player was giant and the objective was to fight against two tiny Donkey Kongs. Its description was: This time he's brought a friend! Are you still the top primate?.
- The original name of this event was a reference or follow-up to the event match in Super Smash Bros. Melee, Lord of the Jungle, which puts the player in a similar situation to the original event, except there is only one tiny Donkey Kong.
