Final Destination (終点) is one of the two unlockable stages in Super Smash Flash, the other being Battlefield. This incarnation in particular is based around Super Smash Bros. Melee's Final Destination. It is the location where Master Hand and Crazy Hand are faced at the end of Classic and Adventure mode.

There is a glitch that allows it to be temporarily unlocked when the player beats any mode, but it could be lost it when the SSF window is closed. It should be noted that all unlockable characters are fought on this stage when being unlocked.

It appears in every match of All-Star mode, because the low number of stages compared to characters in Super Smash Flash makes giving each character a home stage to fight on, as is the case in Melee, an impossibility.

Layout

The stage includes nothing more than a flat platform suspended in space, allowing players to brawl without any hazards. Its somewhat long size makes it a good stage for spamming projectiles; a useful technique when fighting unlockable characters. It has green lines for background, hinting it's traveling between dimensions. Due to the limitations of SSF, it does not change backgrounds like Melee's.

Music

  • The music track is titled Final Destination from Super Smash Bros. Melee's soundtrack.

Trivia

  • Final Destination's function in All-Star in serving as a home stage for characters who have none somewhat mirrors its All-Star appearance in Melee, where it served as Roy's home stage because his game had yet to be released.
  • This design of Final Destination was originally intended to be used in Super Smash Flash 2 as well, even appearing in earlier incarnations of the Smash Flash DOJO!!!. However, this intention has long since been abandoned.
