Effect Lucario performs a quick dash.

Extreme Speed is Lucario's up special move in Super Smash Flash 2.

When performed, Lucario pauses for a moment and then quickly rushes forward in the direction held. Pressing another direction while traveling will turn Lucario in that direction. Opponents hit by Lucario as he travels are dealt damage and knockback in the direction being traveled in. The more damage Lucario has, the further it travels and the more damage the move deals.

Extreme Speed being used in Generation VII games.

Extreme Speed (formatted as "ExtremeSpeed" prior to Generation VI) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation II, being the signature move of Arcanine prior to Generation III. Due to its increased priority, it allows the user to move before its target if they use a move that does not have increased priority. Lucario learns this move by leveling up to level 51 in Generation IV, and 65 in Generation V and onward.
