The electric effect is an effect in Super Smash Flash 2 that is dealt by certain moves. Whenever a character is under the electrical effect, it will be tinted blue, sparks will come out of the character and for certain characters, their skeleton will be shown.

Captain Falcon — Knee Smash .
Chibi-Robo — Chibi-Blaster , up smash , down smash , forward smash, dash attack , side tilt and down aerial .
Fox — Reflector .
Goku — down aerial (Ki part).
Kirby can copy Charge Shot, Chibi-Blaster, Energy Ball Blaster, Mega Buster, Paralyzer, PK Flash and Thunder Jolt.
Mega Man — up smash, Mega Buster (fully charged) and forward throw
Mr. Game & Watch — Judge (number 5).
Ness — PK Flash , PK Thunder , forward aerial , dash attack , back aerial (sweet spotted), back throw and up throw .
Pikachu — Thunder Jolt , Skull Bash , Quick Attack , Thunder , Volt Tackle , forward smash, down smash, forward aerial , down aerial, pummel and forward throw .
Samus — Charge Shot and Screw Attack .
Tails — Energy Ball Blaster
Zelda — standard attack , forward aerial and back aerial .
Zero Suit Samus — Plasma Whip (first hit), Plasma Wire , Paralyzer and forward throw .

Some moves in SSF2 seemingly use electricity but they don't deal electric damage. An example of those moves is Sora 's Thundaga .
