A down smash is a smash attack in Super Smash Flash 2. The move is performed by pressing the down key and the attack key simultaneously. This kind of smash attack is usually the weakest in terms of knockback and damage, but is usually the fastest out of all of them. The attacks also usually surrounds the user; covering both the left and right sides.
