Cannon is the ninety-ninth level of Yeah Jam Fury: U, Me, Everybody!. To access it, the player must clear seventy levels.
Overview[]
A-Side[]
This level consists of a large collection of primarily Steel Blocks in the vague shape of a cannon facing diagonally upwards. The player starts in the upper left corner, which contains a group of Steel Blocks in the shape of a fuse curling inward with seven Yellow Blocks in the shape of a fire at the end, and the mango is located on a wall of Steel Blocks to the far right of the stage. To obtain it, the player first must use Fury to break through the Yellow Blocks and toward the wall of Steel Blocks to the right, which contains a set of Ice Blocks that must be broken through to enter the "cannon" from the back.
At the bottom of the level, there is a large set of Steel Blocks and Yellow Blocks acting as a main platform, or the "carriage", with various walls of Steel Blocks curving to the left above it. From the left side, the player must use Fury to break the Ice Blocks to the right to go through the opening, where there is an All Flag and a Jam-Only Flag between two sets of Steel Block walls, with the left walls having Ice Blocks cover the right side. The player must either use Jam to boost back and forth between these walls, switching to Fury to break the Ice Blocks in the way, or use Yeah to place the Yellow Blocks in their quota to reach the next set of walls.
From here, the topmost left wall has a Yeah-Only Flag on top, the wall directly below has a Jam-Only Flag, and the wall to the right has a Fury-Only Flag on top. The player must reach the Fury-Only Flag and fall to the bottom through a group of Ice Blocks and Yellow Blocks between both walls. They then must pass the Yeah-Only Flag to the right and ascend up the walls to the left to reach the top of a triangular set of Steel Blocks and Ice Blocks in the shape of a cannon's muzzle. The left side has a Jam-Only Flag, and to the right is a massive array of Ice Blocks spanning the full height of the level. There is a Fury-Only Flag directly to the left of these Ice Blocks, and the player must boost forward with Jam to fall through the Ice Blocks as Fury and reach the mango to the right.
B-Side[]
The B-Side version of this level shares a very similar design, except not only is it flipped horizontally, but the mango is now located within the massive array of Ice Blocks at the same height. Additionally, the All Flag and Jam-Only Flag on the right side of the "carriage" are moved further to the right, and a second All Flag is now on the other side of the Jam-Only Flag. There are now three Yeah-Only Flags in the opening leading to the "muzzle", which has its topmost Steel Blocks replaced with Ice Blocks. There also is now a time limit of 1 minute, and the level will restart if it is not completed in the time allotted. The objective remains the same, as the player now must use Yeah to place a Yellow Block over the Jam-Only Flag on the right side to avoid passing it when boosting.
