    • Buff Increased its sour spot's sideways range and damage (14% → 15%). Also increased knockback scaling (85 → 95).
      • Nerf However, base knockback was decreased (84 → 43).
  • Nerf Increased forward smash startup by 1 frame. Removed first hit's semi-spike hitbox.
    • Buff Increased first hit's damage (6% → 10%).
  • Forward smash's second hit:
    • Buff Increased damage (20%→ 22%).
    • Nerf Reduced base knockback (45 → 25).
    • Nerf Reduced knockback scaling (95 → 92).
    • Nerf Lowered angle (45 → 40).
    • Buff Damage does not decay after 1 frame of activity anymore.
    • Buff Ending lag decreased by 1 frame.
  • Buff On down smash's last hit, damage and knockback scaling increased (6% → 9%); (140 → 150), respectively.

Aerial attacks

  • Neutral aerial:
    • Buff Sweetspot is active for 1 more frame, sourspot is active for 1 less frame.
    • Nerf Reduced base knockback (50 → 35).
    • Buff Increased knockback scaling (80 → 100).
  • Back aerial:
    • Buff Sweetspot is active for 1 more frame, sourspot is active for 1 less frame.
    • Nerf Decreased damage (17 → 16).
    • Buff Increased knockback scaling (65 → 83).
  • Nerf Reduced up aerial's base knockback (50 → 35).
    • Buff Increased its knockback scaling (85 → 95).

Special moves

  • Whirling Fortress:
    • Buff Decreased startup by 1 frame (4 → 3).
    • Nerf Increased ending lag by 2 frames (11 → 13).
    • Nerf Late hits do not deal bonus shield damage anymore.
    • Nerf Aerial version is not intangible anymore.
  • Buff Increased Bowser Bomb's fall speed (20 → 25).

  • Back aerial:
    • Buff Early autocancel duration increased (frame 1-2 → frame 1-4).
    • Buff Late autocancel duration increased (frame 21-22 → frame 15-22).
    • Nerf Sourspot updated (Angle 130° → 100°, Hitlag -1 → 4, Self Hitlag -1 → 1).
    • Buff Displaces further for more hitbox reach.
    • Neutral Effect/sounds now fit the animation better.
    • Neutral Effect disappears during sourspot.
    • Buff Landing lag animation tweaked.
  • Buff Down aerial hitboxes updated (Damage 1% → 2% per hit, Hitlag -1 → 1, Self Hitlag -1 → 1, hitstun -1 → -1.15).
    • Neutral Though, it doesn’t make the camera shake as much.

Special moves

  • Flying Slam:
    • Buff Is now transcendent.
    • Buff Scratch hitbox moved forward slightly.
    • Buff Hitstun increased (-1.2 → -1.3).
  • Whirling Fortress:
    • Nerf No longer does increased shield damage on later hits (17.5 → -1).
  • Bowser Bomb:
    • Buff Grounded version hitbox updated (Angle 70° → 86°, BKB 50 → 65).
    • Buff Grounded version hit 1 active duration increased (frame 4 → frames 4-5).
    • Buff Grounded version hit 2 active duration shifted (frames 13-20 → frames 16-23).
    • Buff Grounded version hit 2 landing lag increased (13 frames → 16 frames).
    • Buff Grounded version hit 2 shield damage increased (5 → 18.75).
